Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to patients with behavioral health needs, using a broad spectrum of psychotherapeutic modalities.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and implement individualized therapy plans for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Collaborate with non-physician providers to optimize psychiatric treatment interventions.
  • Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring timely records of each contact and attempted contact.
  • Reassess patients routinely to update and refine treatment plans as necessary, with a specific emphasis on childhood disorders.
  • Participate actively in our community-focused initiatives and offer support to enhance patients’ overall well-being and quality of life.

Your Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) or equivalent credential in Texas.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting providing psychotherapy and behavioral health services.
  • Strong skills in documentation and the use of electronic health record systems.
  • Proficiency in diverse psychotherapeutic modalities, particularly in addressing childhood disorders.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
